A large part of her practice is devoted to assessing and measuring sustainability performance, as well as utilizing the results in improving management practices, supply chains and public reporting. She is a recognized leader in the area of sustainability, and has published numerous articles on sustainability education, strategy, performance measurement, and decision-support approaches and tools. Mr. Michael Jones, Vice President - Supply Chain, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Mike Jones is the Vice President in charge of Supply Chain management at Royal Caribbean International Cruises. He oversees procurement, distribution, facilities and guest travel services. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Mr. Jones was responsible for Operations and Logistics at Alcatel-Lucent and prior to the Alcatel-Lucent merger, he ran Supply Chain at Lucent Technologies. Mr. Jones acquired his supply chain experience by leading various Factory, Procurement and Logistics activities in the Netherlands , Germany , France and United States . He also had responsibility for operations in the Far East and spent extensive time in China. [read more]

Mr. Steve Pearl, Group Manager, Konica Minolta

Steve Pearl has over 23 years of experience in the office products and applications solutions industry and has been with Konica Minolta Business Solutions since 2000. He currently heads up Konica Minolta’s environmental and vertical marketing initiatives.

 

Ms. Tany Tay, General Manager of Ecospec Global Technology Pte Ltd.

Tany Tay graduated from National University of Singapore with Bachelor of
Accountancy in 1985. She worked in the finance department of a local engineering
company after graduation. She moved on to join two of the universities in Singapore and
was the financial controller of a division in a German group of engineering companies at
different periods of her career. Ms Tay joined Ecospec group of companies just after Ecospec Marine was incorporated in 2008 and has been the General Manager of the Ecospec marine business since then.
